What Symfonia costs in 2026: the price list for Finanse i Księgowość, the cloud, eBiuro and accounting-office bundles

Symfonia is now a subscription, and there are four price lists

The cheapest Symfonia Finanse i Księgowość costs 1 620 zł net a year. That's the number people find first, and it's correct, but it answers only one of four questions. Symfonia now sells four quite different things: the classic desktop programs on yearly subscription, the cloud ERP on a monthly per-user fee, eBiuro for accounting offices priced by company, and bundles for offices that pick modules from a menu. Each has its own logic, and it's easy to end up comparing a number from one list with a number from another.

There's also no perpetual licence on any product page any more. Every price below is a subscription. If a 2019 quote you have on file says "licencja" with a one-off price, it's not comparable with anything Symfonia publishes today.

I build integrations and AI agents for accounting offices and the companies they serve, on Symfonia, InsERT, Optima and enova365, so I go through these lists whenever someone asks what their stack really costs. This post covers Symfonia. It sits next to the Rewizor price list, Comarch Optima and enova365.

Sources. The product pages on symfonia.pl, read on 8 November 2026: Finanse i Księgowość, Symfonia w Chmurze, eBiuro, eBiuro dla firm, Obszar Biura Rachunkowe and KSeF. None of them shows a last-updated date. All prices are net, before 23% VAT. The Symfonia shop at sklep.symfonia.pl returned an empty page, so I have no published prices for Kadry i Płace or Handel, and I'm not going to guess them.

Finanse i Księgowość: four yearly packages

Package Net price per year Users (as listed) Who runs the server
Ekonomiczny 1 620 zł unlimited you
Uniwersalny 2 450 zł unlimited you
Uniwersalny w Chmurze 2 940 zł up to 2 Symfonia
Profesjonalny 3 550 zł unlimited you

Ekonomiczny is aimed at single-branch trading and service companies. Uniwersalny handles single or multi-branch firms. Profesjonalny has no buy button, only "Dowiedz się więcej", which usually means a partner wants to talk to you first.

Read the comparison table carefully. One row says "Okres subskrypcji: 12 miesięcy / 1 użytkownik". The next row says "Maksymalna liczba użytkowników: bez limitu". Those two rows can be read as "one price covers everyone" or as "this is the price per user, and you can add as many as you like". The page doesn't settle it. If you're budgeting for five accountants, that's the difference between 2 450 zł and 12 250 zł a year on Uniwersalny, so ask the partner to put the user terms in the quote.

The cloud package is the interesting one. Uniwersalny w Chmurze costs 490 zł a year more than desktop Uniwersalny, and for that Symfonia runs the server, installs updates and backs it up. It caps you at two users, though. For a small company with one accountant and an owner who looks at reports, 490 zł a year for not owning a server is cheap. Add a third person and the package no longer fits.

Symfonia ERP w Chmurze: 490 zł per user, per month

The full cloud ERP is priced on a different basis altogether: 490 zł net per user per month. That buys the professional package of Finanse i Księgowość, Handel, Środki Trwałe, R2Płatnik and Smart BI on a dedicated server, with a launch time of up to two days. Multi-company work is an option with no published price. The page has only "Zamów wycenę", so treat 490 zł as a list price that partners can move.

My arithmetic on that list price:

Setup Per year Over 3 years
ERP w Chmurze, 1 user 5 880 zł 17 640 zł
ERP w Chmurze, 3 users 17 640 zł 52 920 zł
FK Profesjonalny desktop (1 subscription) 3 550 zł 10 650 zł
FK Uniwersalny w Chmurze (up to 2 users) 2 940 zł 8 820 zł

It isn't a like-for-like comparison. The cloud ERP includes Handel, fixed assets, payroll and BI, and the desktop line needs a server, SQL Server and someone to look after both. But it shows the scale: three users in the cloud ERP cost five times as much a year as the desktop FK Profesjonalny subscription. So the choice comes down to infrastructure and modules, not accounting features.

eBiuro: the office product priced by company, not by user

eBiuro is Symfonia's cloud system for accounting offices that keep KPiR and ryczałt books. It has no user seats on the price list. It counts companies (NIPs) and OCR pages.

eBiuro plan Net per year Aimed at NIPs OCR pages per year
Standard 409 zł offices keeping KPiR without payroll 1 included, then 1 zł/month each 300
Optimum 699 zł offices up to 100 clients, KPiR plus payroll 1 included, then 1 zł/month each 600
Premium 4 655 zł large offices unlimited unlimited

The page doesn't say whether "NIP" means each client company or the office's own tax numbers. If every client counts as a NIP, an office with 50 clients on Optimum pays 699 zł + 49 × 12 zł = 1 287 zł a year, and with 100 clients 1 887 zł. That's still far below Premium. But it's a conditional sum, so get the partner to confirm how NIPs are counted. Client access is free on all plans.

OCR is where the bill grows. Standard covers 300 pages a year, which a busy office uses up in a week of January. Extra packs cost 40 zł for 100 pages (0,40 zł a page) down to 1 560 zł for 6 000 pages (0,26 zł) and 5 760 zł for 24 000 pages (0,24 zł). Other add-ons: Gwarancja Wygoda at 744 zł a year, a warehouse at 300 zł a year, and an API listed as a paid add-on with no price.

There's also eBiuro dla firm, for companies doing their own books: Sprzedaż 289 zł, Sprzedaż i Magazyn 539 zł, Księgowość 699 zł a year, one company per plan.

The office bundles: pick modules, new clients only

Offices on the classic programs get a separate offer, available only to new clients:

Bundle Net per year Rule
OptymalnyWybór! 1 890 zł choose 3 of 8 modules
SzerokiWybór! 3 696 zł choose 6 of 10 modules
ChmurowyWybór! 11 694 zł all programs, in the cloud

The module pool listed on the page includes eBiuro Optimum, FK Ekonomiczny, Uniwersalny or Profesjonalny, Handel, Środki Trwałe Uniwersalny, Smart BI, an OCR pack of 6 000 pages, R2Płatnik Profesjonalny with a 500-company limit, and Akademia Premium. The page doesn't say which module sits in which bundle, so I won't guess. Extra workstations and extra modules can be bought, with no published price.

The maths that matters: FK Profesjonalny alone is 3 550 zł a year. If OptymalnyWybór! lets you take FK plus two other modules for 1 890 zł, that's the cheapest way into Symfonia for an office, as long as you're new and the partner confirms that FK Profesjonalny is one of the three.

KSeF Plus: free until the end of 2026, limited from 2027

Symfonia KSeF Plus has a free tier of 60 operations and paid yearly packages:

KSeF Plus package Net per year Operations per year API add-on
Basic 690 zł up to 2 000 not available
Standard 1 900 zł up to 10 000 2 340 zł
Optimum 3 400 zł up to 20 000 2 340 zł

The page lists the operations and API cells in column order rather than labelling them per package, so check the mapping against your quote. Two footnotes matter more than the table. First, until 31 December 2026 every function is available in every package; the limits start on 1 January 2027, so count each client's yearly sends and downloads now, not in February. If your integration already logs KSeF responses, the KSeF error codes post explains what each one means. Second: "if you use Symfonia software, you don't need to buy Symfonia KSeF API." The 2 340 zł API is for people connecting other systems.

WebAPI: no public price

Symfonia's WebAPI page has a contact form and no price. Licences are annual and priced by scope: a Main licence plus modules such as Kontrahenci, Towary or Dokumenty sprzedaży. The only public numbers I've found are integrator bundles, a shop connector plus a year of WebAPI for Symfonia ERP Handel, at 2 400 zł and 3 228 zł net a year, and those include someone else's software. I covered sessions, the 401 trap and the buffer in the Symfonia WebAPI guide. If you want an agent to import bank statements into FK, the MT940 post shows what you can do without WebAPI at all.

Three things to settle before you sign

1. Users. Ask whether the FK price is per user or per installation. On five seats that's a fivefold difference.

2. What "NIP" means in eBiuro. One answer gives you 699 zł a year; the other gives you 1 887 zł at 100 clients.

3. The clients who aren't on Symfonia. Most offices run two or three systems because clients bring their own. One price list covers one of them. The rest is in running an office across different ERP systems.

If you're choosing between Symfonia packages or planning an agent on top of Symfonia FK and want the licence plan checked before anyone writes code, get in touch.

PIT-11, PIT-4R, PIT-8AR and IFT-1R for 2026: the 1 February and 1 March 2027 deadlines and the three totals that must agree

The payer's annual returns for 2026 go to the tax office by Monday 1 February 2027, because 31 January is a Sunday. PIT-11 to employees and IFT-1R follow by 1 March. Before anything goes out, three totals have to agree: PIT-11s against PIT-4R, PIT-4R against the bank statement, and flat-rate tax against PIT-8AR. Correct a PIT-11 after mid-February and it lands on an employee whose Twój e-PIT is already prefilled.

KSeF API 2.0 error codes: 440, 450, 21405 and the rest — what they mean and how to fix them in enova365, Optima and Subiekt

KSeF reports errors on three levels: an HTTP exception with a 21xxx code, a session status and an invoice status. The same number means different things on each, so 440 is a duplicate invoice in one place and a cancelled session in another. The code table from the Ministry's own spec, the fix for each, and the one error you must never fix by renumbering the invoice.

Accounting policy for 2027: KSeF, automatic entries and AI agents — what's missing from the IT system description

A KSeF invoice is an XML file nobody can write a posting instruction on. Art. 21(1a) of the Accounting Act lets you skip it, but only when the way entries are documented makes it unnecessary. Art. 20(5) sets four conditions for automatic entries, and art. 14(4) requires a responsible person for every entry. What to add to a client's accounting policy before 1 January 2027.
